Who we are
louisseo.com is operated by two companies that together provide the Louis SEO service:
- Nodina SAS (France, SIRET 103 513 834 00012), for visitors and clients in France and the European Union.
- Enobl LLC (USA), for visitors and clients in the United States and elsewhere.

Each company is the data controller for the personal data of the visitors and clients it serves. Contact for anything in this policy: hello@louisseo.com.
What we collect, and why

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosting and delivery of the site.
- Google LLC (United States): Google Sheets, Apps Script, and Gmail store the form entries and send us the notification email.
- Google LLC (United States): Google Analytics 4, only with your consent where consent is required.
- Calendly LLC (United States): call booking, when you choose to book. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to the booking page.
These providers may process data in the United States. Transfers from the EU rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework: Cloudflare, Inc., Google LLC, and Calendly LLC are listed as active participants on the official Data Privacy Framework list (checked September 28, 2026; Cloudflare's re-certification was under review that day).
How long we keep it
Contact form entries from people who do not become clients are anonymized three years after our last contact: the name, email, and website are removed, and only non-identifying information is kept (type of business, city, plan of interest, the page the request came from, and the date) for statistics. Client data is kept for the length of the contract, then for the periods required by tax and accounting law.
Cookies
With your consent (required in France, the EU, the UK, and Switzerland), Google Analytics 4 measures which pages are visited and which buttons are used. No advertising cookies are set. Details and your choice: the cookie policy.
Your rights
In the EU and UK you can access, correct, or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr). In the United States, residents of states with privacy laws, including California and Washington, have similar rights to know, delete, and correct their data. To use any of these rights, write to the contact address above. We answer within one month.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Form entries are stored in a private Google Sheet that only our team can open.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Significant changes are announced on this page.
