Terms of service

Who you contract with

Clients in France contract with Nodina SAS; clients in the United States contract with Enobl LLC (see the legal notice).

The service

Louis SEO is an AI-native SEO service. Louis, an AI system, researches, drafts, checks, and measures; a person on our team approves every page before it is published. The plans and what each delivers are described on the pricing section and summarized here:

  • Louis Build ($4,000 / €3,990 HT, one time): positioning, a brand kit, keyword and AI-search research, a marketing site of up to 10 pages (legal pages not counted), analytics and a lead form, and a 90-day content plan.
  • Louis Rebuild ($3,500 / €3,490 HT, one time): a new site and design that keeps what you choose from your current one, up to 20 existing pages imported and redirected (more on quote), research, analytics, and a 90-day content plan.
  • Louis Refresh ($2,500 / €2,490 HT, one time): on your current site and platform, research, up to 10 existing pages restructured and rewritten where needed, a design refresh within your brand, analytics checked, and a 90-day content plan.
  • Louis Audit ($1,500 / €1,490 HT, one time): an audit of your existing site, a snapshot of how Google and AI assistants answer your customers, a competitor map, positioning, keyword research, a prioritized fix list, and a 90-day content plan. If you subscribe to Core or Continuous within 30 days, your first month is included.
  • Louis Core ($595 / €590 HT per month): 4 search assets a month (new pages or deep refreshes), a monthly report, weekly monitoring.
  • Louis Continuous ($1,195 / €1,190 HT per month): 8 search assets a month, up to 4 optimizations of existing pages, a monthly report, weekly monitoring.

Build, Rebuild, Refresh, or Audit comes before any monthly plan. French prices are shown before VAT.

What we need from you

Accurate facts about your business, access to the tools the work requires (for example Google Search Console and Google Analytics for Core and Continuous), and a yes or no on each page we propose. Louis does not publish facts it cannot support; pages that depend on information you have not provided wait until you provide it.

No guarantees

Nobody controls search engines or AI assistants. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, citations in AI answers, or leads. We commit to the work described in your plan, done to the standard described on this site, and to reporting results honestly.

Payment

We invoice by email. The amount, due date, and payment details are stated on each invoice.

Cancellation

Core and Continuous have no minimum term. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice, given in writing by email to hello@louisseo.com.

Ownership

You own your site and all the content Louis produced for you. Our own system, meaning our instructions, tools, and internal files, remains ours and is removed from your environment when the engagement ends.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, each party's total liability under the contract is limited to the fees the client paid in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud. This clause is version 1, pending review by a lawyer.

Governing law

Contracts with Nodina SAS are governed by French law, and French courts have jurisdiction. Contracts with Enobl LLC, a Washington limited liability company, are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and the courts of the State of Washington have jurisdiction.
